Harvey Nash are recruiting for a Senior AI Technical Architect (Azure Cognitive Services) on an initial 6 month contract. The organisation are embarking on a pioneering programme to enhance document intelligence, search, and multilingual transcription capabilities using Microsoft Azure's Cognitive Services. We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Technical Architect who brings deep technical expertise across Python, C#, React, and the Azure AI ecosystem to lead the design and delivery of several proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
Essential skills:
- Proven track record designing AI/ML solutions with Azure Cognitive Services
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Python (data workflows, Azure SDKs)
- C#/.NET (integration with enterprise systems)
- React (frontend POC/demo apps)
- Deep understanding of:
- RESTful API design & consumption
- Azure AI service orchestration & pipelines
- Cognitive Search (keyword, semantic & hybrid modes)
- OCR, key-value pair extraction, and document layout analysis
