Project Implementation Manager
Edinburgh (Hybrid working available)
£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits
I am working with a well-established Offshore Wind Developer that's looking to appoint a Project Implementation Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects on a full-time basis. This is a key role in the team, focusing on project planning, interface coordination, and risk management-working closely with senior management to keep complex programmes on track.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and updating integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Reviewing contractor and consultant programmes and identifying risks or delays early
- Leading interface management across multiple workstreams
- Supporting project reporting, change control, and progress tracking throughout the lifecycle
- Running planning sessions, risk workshops, and supporting commercial alignment
What they're looking for:
- Strong project planning experience on large, multi-contract engineering or infrastructure projects
- Confident using Primavera P6 (essential), with experience in delay analysis and 'what-if' planning
- A good understanding of cross-package interfaces, schedule risk, and stakeholder coordination
- Someone who can communicate clearly, think ahead, and support decision-making with solid data and insight
Bonus if you also have:
Experience delivering across schedule, cost, and risk-or working with integrated project tools and systems.
