What Youll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:
- Writing and posting job adverts online
- Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
- Assisting with face-to-face interviews
- Carrying out reference checks to audit standards
- Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance
- Supporting with general admin reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.
What Were Looking For:
- Great organisational and time management skills
- A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- A desire to learn and grow within recruitment
- Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
This is anideal entry-level rolefor someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
