This role is working in a small covers Fine Dining restaurant looking after a high level of clientele, with a very strong focus on amazing service levels to match the exceptional food on offer..

You will be working closely with the Head Chef and your small FOH team.

Multi rosette standards/experience are a must.. matched by amazing attention to detail and experience living in a semi remote location.

Own transport is required due to location.
