We are looking for a practical and safety-conscious Labourer to support operations in our busy Vehicle Examination Workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Vehicle Examiners by safely operating vehicle lights, steering, and brakes when instructed.
- Work at slight heights while vehicles are positioned on ramps.
- Carry out general housekeeping to keep the workshop clean and safe.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Show initiative and a willingness to learn about vehicle systems and workshop procedures.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Comfortable working at slight heights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- An interest in motor vehicles and basic mechanical understanding is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-aware.
