The company is seeking a commercially astute Management Accountant to join its supportive finance team. Based in Gosport, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad and hands-on role within a highly regarded and dynamic organisation. What will the Management Accountant role involve?•    Prepare monthly management accounts pack, including commentary, and analysis of financial performance. •    Sales and margin reporting and analysis.•    Cash flow forecasting.•    Prepare and submit statutory returns.•    Assist with year end audit preparation.Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:•    Proven experience in a management accounting role.•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•    Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.•    Effective communicator with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.•    Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Assistant: •    9 month fixed term contract.•    Office based role, would consider hours from 30 per week to full time.•    Early finish every other Friday.•    Enhanced annual leave.•    Company pension scheme.CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
