  • Candidates should hold a BEng or MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant discipline, with coding experience in MATLAB, Simulink, or Python preferred.
  • The position offers a salary of £40,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as a matched contribution pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and health insurance options.

Our client, a leader in Technolgy Defence is currently looking for a talented Naval Architect to join their innovative team .

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support engineering and technical activities within the programme
  • Deliver hydrodynamic model experiments
  • Ensure projects/programmes are delivered to agreed quality, timescales, and budget
  • Create, modify, and implement code for mathematical modelling assessments
  • Maintain high safety and governance standards on all projects/programmes
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong understanding of hydrodynamics or adjacent skills
  • Previous coding experience, preferably with MATLAB, Simulink, or Python
Qualifications:
  • BEng / MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant engineering discipline
