Our client, a leader in Technology Defence, is seeking a skilled Naval Architect to join their innovative team.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary project teams and a strong understanding of hydrodynamics.
Key responsibilities include delivering hydrodynamic model experiments, ensuring project quality and budget adherence, and implementing code for mathematical modeling assessments.
Candidates should hold a BEng or MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant discipline, with coding experience in MATLAB, Simulink, or Python preferred.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as a matched contribution pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and health insurance options.

Our client, a leader in Technolgy Defence is currently looking for a talented Naval Architect to join their innovative team .

Key Responsibilities include:

Support engineering and technical activities within the programme
Deliver hydrodynamic model experiments
Ensure projects/programmes are delivered to agreed quality, timescales, and budget
Create, modify, and implement code for mathematical modelling assessments
Maintain high safety and governance standards on all projects/programmes

Job Requirements:

Proven experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
Strong understanding of hydrodynamics or adjacent skills
Previous coding experience, preferably with MATLAB, Simulink, or Python

Qualifications:

BEng / MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant engineering discipline
