Do you possess a proven track record of successfully managing substantial M&E aspects of complex commercial projects from inception to final account? What we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a significant portion at a senior level and a demonstrable focus on large M&E packages.
  • A deep understanding of cost management principles specific to M&E installations, contract administration, and procurement strategies within this sector.
  • Proven ability to accurately prepare cost plans, tender documents (including specialist M&E elements), and final accounts for significant M&E packages.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with M&E subcontractors and consultants.
  • A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results within complex M&E scopes.
  • MRICS or MCIOB accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
