I am looking for a Temporary Administrator to work in a busy commercial business based in Gosport.Â
Hours are negotiable and could be arranged to fit in around school drop-off and pick-up time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases for vessel defects and servicing for our ongoing support contract.
- Raise contracts and issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors.
- Answering incoming calls
- Data Entry
- General administrative duties.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
