We’re looking for an enthusiastic HTLA to deliver engaging lessons across the school, supporting pupils in reaching their full potential. You’ll be working across all Primary year groups from Pre-School to Year 6. Who are you?

  • HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
  • UK driving licence (desired)
  • Experience supporting children’s learning, especially those with additional needs
  • Warm and approachable team player

  • Confidence in leading lessons and stepping in when needed
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to take initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide whole-class supervision and PPA cover as required.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
  • Contribute to curriculum programs and classroom environment.
  • Maintain records of pupils' progress and observations.
  • Work independently to support pupils and adapt learning as needed.
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies.
