During my last visit, the school had a wonderful, collaborative environment where staff ensure that all pupils are fully engaged and supported.

The school is a small primary school located within the heart of Gosport, where they facilitate excellent learning opportunities for pupils to dive in to learning and set sail for success! The school empower their pupils to become responsible, respectful individuals and offer a wonderful setting for pupils and staff to thrive.

Day to day of the position:

  • Be a patient, passionate and resilient individual, ideally with experience working within a primary school setting
  • Have experience supporting Social, Emotional Mental Health in young people with a positive and patient manner – essential
  • Be open to working with individuals and small groups, as well as happy to work as a teaching assistant – dependant on the needs on the day
