Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering training in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics
- Supporting departmental tasks within your skill set as required
- Maintaining and updating training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Assessing student coursework and providing constructive feedback on performance
- Ensuring trainee welfare and progression throughout the training delivery
- Following all security, health, safety, and environmental procedures, while maintaining your own professional development records
Job Requirements:
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
- Proven experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering principles
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification / Train The Trainer Course or equivalent
- Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment
