About the role:
As a Gateman you will be doing:
- Control of Entry/Exit Managing the ID card racks
- Village induction power point
- Check and control the contactors village booking sheet
- Manage Incident Alarms and Testing by managing the ID card racks and in line with your IO training
- Reporting of unauthorised visitors
- Wipe down radios and other shared equipment after use
- Village litter pick
- Emptying smoke bins in village.
- Report of any damage to Village areas
- Hourly checks of all cabins/village grounds
- Keep gatehouse clean and tidy
- Weekly Audit checks
- Make sure all cabins or secure on the evenings, this includes all doors and windows are closed and lights turned off.
- When the village cleaner is off or on holiday, gate person must empty the bins in all cabins and wipe down the counters. They must also put the laundry into the laundry cage ready for collection the next morning.
