Administrator - Grangemouth


Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our client on a permanent basis at their Grangemouth site.


This role is central to the smooth running of depot operations, involving daily contact with a variety of departments and customers. You'll be at the heart of the action - coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance, and supporting key operational processes. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach.


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate driver check-ins upon arrival at the terminal or customer sites, ensuring accurate booking into the depot system
  • Work closely with customers to align cleaning and loading schedules
  • Assist with internal audits - both planned and on request by local management
  • Support audits and contribute to maintaining compliance standards
  • Assist in identifying and applying relevant legislation to ensure ongoing compliance across operations
  • Take part in health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) initiatives - full training will be provided
  • Provide general administrative support to the terminal office to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understanding of logistics and operational processes
  • Awareness of health & safety standards (training provided if needed)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A team player who works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
