Financial Reporting & ComplianceLead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Budgeting & ForecastingOversee the development and management of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models, providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

Internal Controls & Risk ManagementDesign, implement, and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Stakeholder Reporting & Business PartneringAct as a key liaison between finance and senior leadership, delivering insightful financial analysis and performance metrics to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Audit & Tax OversightCoordinate and lead internal and external audits, and ensure accurate and timely tax filings in collaboration with external advisors and relevant authorities.

Process Improvement & Systems OptimisationDrive enhancements in financial processes and ERP systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the finance function.
Profile
Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, group reporting, consolidation tools, and tax regulations.
Job Offer
£75k - £85k per annum
