Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils across KS1 & KS2
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Contribute to pupils' progress and development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing ECT induction
Strong classroom management skills
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
Passion for supporting and inspiring children's learning
