Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a SEMH school in Grantham that are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to start in June. The school values making a difference in young people's lives by providing a high quality and engaging learning environment.
The role starts in June and expects to last until the end of the school years, with a high chance of moving into September.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
- Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations.
- Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
- Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
- Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm.

The daily rate is £88.94 - £95 per day.
