Description
- Working for a national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance in social housing
- Complete electrical repairs and maintenance, including basic tasks in other trades where competent
- Attend appointments punctually and aim for first-time fixes
- Diagnose issues, arrange materials, and manage waste removal
- Support team performance and KPIs
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota
- Mentor apprentices and support colleagues as needed
Profile
- City and Guild (Electrical) or equivalent experience (Essential)
- City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or Equivalent Experience (Essential)
- Relevant Electrical qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (Essential)
- Full UK Driving licence
