Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire (NG31)

Contract: Long-term cover with potential for a permanent role
Pay: Paid to scale (31,650 - 43,607)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher to work in a specialist SEMH setting in Grantham. You'll be delivering a tailored curriculum in a small class setting, supporting both the academic development and emotional wellbeing of students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and support learners
- Use relational, trauma-informed approaches to build trust and promote positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, pastoral staff and external support services
- Track and adapt learning based on individual needs and progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
What We Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH needs
- A nurturing, resilient approach to teaching and behaviour support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
