Pay Rate: 82.08 - 96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)
Simply Education is always recruiting caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools across the Grantham area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey by providing personalised, focused support.
About the Role:
Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who may have additional learning needs or require extra support
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities set by the class teacher or SENCO
Encourage pupils' confidence, participation, and independence
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with teaching staff and parents to support progress and development
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children in a school or SEN setting (desirable)
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential)
