What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with learning activities and emotional regulation strategies
  • Building trust and rapport with students through positive relationship-building
  • Using your experience to help manage behaviour and de-escalate situations calmly
  • Providing structure and emotional support during the school day
  • Supporting inclusion across classroom and outdoor learning sessions

  • Essential: Experience working with challenging behaviour, trauma, or mental health - from education, social work, residential care, youth offending, or similar roles
  • A compassionate and resilient approach to supporting young people
