Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Day-to-day, Part-time, Long-term

Pay: 82.08 - 96.96 per day (Depending on role and Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Grantham. Opportunities are available for flexible daily supply, part-time work, and long-term placements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers and pupils in the classroom

• Assist with learning activities and behaviour management

• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

• Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a TA or a relevant qualification

• A passion for supporting children's education and development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility and adaptability across different settings

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
