Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham
Pay Rate: 82.08 - 96.96 per day
Key Stages: KS1 & KS2
Contract: Day-to-Day, Part - Time & Long-Term
Simply Education is continuously looking for passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our team in Grantham and surrounding areas. If you enjoy supporting children's learning, being part of a classroom team, and want flexible supply work, this is the perfect role for you.
What you will do:
- Support class teachers with lessons and activities
- Assist pupils in small groups or individually
- Encourage positive behaviour and a welcoming classroom atmosphere
- Help pupils with additional learning needs to reach their potential
- Contribute to pupils' wellbeing and overall development
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (schools, nurseries)
- Friendly, patient, and adaptable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
