Client Details

PageGroup are delighted to support a manufacturing business based in Grantham with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to join a busy generalist role.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully site based working.

This role can consider full time or part time (4 days) applicants

The role is a temporary contract with possible scope for permanent in future.

Description

The role of HR Advisor will report to a HR Director and take full responsibility for the full, generalist people lifecycle at a busy manufacturing site.

This will include but not limited to:

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
• Manage a wide range of employee relations casework
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Monitor absence records and provide support in absence management processes.
• Conduct HR-related reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Experience within a similar HR Advisor role
• Available at short notice for this temporary assignment
