- Attorney and estate-managed transactions
- Property aspects arising from matrimonial matters
- Deal with all post-completion tasks, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
- Liaise professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Stay informed on changes in property law and ensure full compliance with regulations
