What you’ll be doing:

  • Hunting down and eliminating waste across operations.
  • Driving efficiency improvements and embedding lean culture.
  • Applying lean methodologies to boost performance across multiple sites.
  • Partnering with teams, getting into the detail, and implementing real-world solutions.


What we’re looking for:

  • A graduate engineer with at least 2 years’ experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and genuinely passionate about lean.
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis expertise.
  • Solid experience applying lean tools (5S, 7 Wastes, time & motion, root cause analysis).
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple UK manufacturing sites.
