Is it time you joined a firm that truly values its people?The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy residential property department in Grantham. This is a hands-on role supporting experienced fee earners in managing files from instruction to post-completion.Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling compliance and administrative tasks for residential conveyancing files
  • Drafting and preparing contracts and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Conducting property searches and preparing completion statements
  • Managing post-completion processes such as AP1s, requisitions, and SDLT submissions
  • Sending completion letters and handling notices of assignment/transfers
  • Providing outstanding client care and maintaining excellent file management
  • Supporting the wider conveyancing team as needed
You The successful candidate will be a confident, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in property law. Are you ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career?You will need:
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Assistant or Paralegal
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A proactive, team-player mindset with the ability to work independently
