- Handling compliance and administrative tasks for residential conveyancing files
- Drafting and preparing contracts and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Conducting property searches and preparing completion statements
- Managing post-completion processes such as AP1s, requisitions, and SDLT submissions
- Sending completion letters and handling notices of assignment/transfers
- Providing outstanding client care and maintaining excellent file management
- Supporting the wider conveyancing team as needed
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Assistant or Paralegal
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A proactive, team-player mindset with the ability to work independently
