Our client is a local manufacturer of industrial mechanical components who export all over the world. They are looking for an experienced, self motivated Logistics & Exports Co-Ordinator.
Duties of the Logistics & Export Co-Ordinator include:
- Arrange export shipments and coordinate customer collections.
- Book vehicles, containers and keep a track on freight costs.
- Complete all export paperwork including customs information and documents.
- Organise packing lists.
- Delivery notes, planned shipments, customs paperwork
- Keep up to date with freight and shipping and update customers in real time.
To apply for the Logistics & Exports Co-Ordinator you must have:
- Experience of working in logistics, exports
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Incoterms (2020) and custom regulations
- Sales administration and processing experience
- Great communication skills
- Excellent working within a team
- Organised and able to manage a changing workload.
- Experience of SAP or any ERP platform is essential.
- Initiative to work on your own but also in a team.
- Ability to cope under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
