Our client, a respected social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a maintenance and housing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to improving communities and providing excellent service to tenants.

The Role:

  • Leading and managing maintenance projects within the social housing sector.

  • Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Managing relationships with housing associations, tenants, and internal teams.

  • Monitoring project performance, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Producing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within social housing or property maintenance.

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and quality standards in housing projects.

  • A results-driven individual who can deliver high standards of service.
