Yard Labourer (Waste Management)
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Location: Near Grantham
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm (45 hours per week)
Salary: 12.21 per hour - 28,571.40 (Minimum wage 21 and over), 10.00 per hour 18-21 year old rate.

Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with long-term prospects. Our client operates successfully within the Waste Management Industry and is now looking for a Yard Labourer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who is comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will support site operations by carrying out general yard duties, including sorting waste materials, cleaning equipment, and assisting with basic maintenance and loading tasks.

Essential Skills/Background
- Comfortable working in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to follow health & safety procedures

- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
