SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for a Milk and Juice Pasteurising Operator (Processing) – Full-time permanent position based in Grassington.

About the Role

We are seeking a Milk and Juice Pasteurising Operator to join our client’s production team in Grassington. This role is physically demanding and involves working in a processing environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pasteurising equipment for milk and juice products
• Mix formulations accurately using recipes and measurements
• Roll barrels, lift pipes, and carry out other physical tasks
• Climb ladders and move heavy materials as required
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Complete accurate records and follow written procedures

Requirements

• Must be physically fit – heavy lifting and climbing required
• GCSE Maths essential (for measuring and mixing formulations)
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally have experience in dairy, brewery, or pasteurising operations (but full training will be provided for the right candidate)

Hours & Pay

• £16.06 per hour
• 4–5 days per week
• Working days between Monday and Saturday – flexibility required as shift patterns may vary
• Permanent, full-time position
