They are seeking an experienced Finance Controller/Director for an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of senior-level experience within an SME environment, ideally in construction or M&E sectors.
The role offers a salary of £70,000 per annum and involves responsibilities such as budgeting, financial analysis, and team leadership.
Qualified or part-qualified candidates (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software are preferred.

About The Company:A family owned construction company who operate alongside and in partnership with Tier 1 contractors, they are continuing to grow and expand their offering to clients.The Role:We are looking for an experienced FC/ FD to join our client on an initial 3 month FTC. The company requires someone with previous experience of operating at a senior level within an SME environment, preferably Construction or M&E.Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee financial planning, ensuring accurate budgets and forecasts.
Lead Finance Team – Take ownership of the running of day-to-day finance function and team.
Financial Analysis – Provide key insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Reporting – Prepare detailed reports and financial models to improve strategic planning.

Desirable Skills:

Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
Experience in CIS, Construction or M&E sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software & Excel.
