What You'll Do:
As our Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine! Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Daily Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Documentation: Prepare, organise, and manage important documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing top-notch service and support.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is current and correctly filed.
- Team Support: Collaborate with various departments to assist with projects and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to support smooth business operations.
