Are you an organised multitasker with a sharp eye for detail? Our client is on the lookout for a Service Administrator to join their busy service department and help keep everything running smoothly.

This role is all about keeping things on track - from coordinating service jobs and managing invoices to keeping maintenance schedules up to date. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering top-tier customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices for parts, equipment, and services
  • Checking invoice details against service contracts and warranty agreements
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance documents are accurate and current
  • Keeping detailed machinery records: specs, maintenance logs, service reports, and more
  • Scheduling contract services and repairs, and ordering required parts
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the repair workshop, liaising with the hire desk and engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in service administration or a similar role is a bonus (but not essential)
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
