Focused on being progressive and improving ways of working, this high performing practice is exceptionally well run, and is now looking to hire a Lead Practice Nurse to lead their multi-skilled Nursing team.

You can expect a very balanced role, as the Lead Nurse will be focusing on clinical work as well as team leadership/development responsibilities. The surgery will be very flexible when it comes to the hours and working days that you desire. Set in a lovely building with forward-thinking management in place, it's really not an opportunity to miss!

Salary – £48,750 - £58,500 full time equivalent salary + 5 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Location – Gravesend, Kent

Your role –

• Full-time or Part-Time role (minimum 25 hours)
• Traditional Practice Nurse duties
• Chronic Disease Management
• Management and long-term development of the Nursing team
• All pre-booked, face-to-face appointments
• Own clinical room
• Dedicated admin time
