Are you a hands-on, reliable individual with a knack for maintenance and a commitment to keeping environments safe and clean? We're working with a well-respected school in Gravesend looking to appoint a Premises Manager to support the day-to-day running of their site.

As a School Premises Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the school grounds, buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You'll support the Site Manager in a range of duties including:

• General repairs and maintenance

• Site security and opening/locking up

• Groundskeeping and cleaning tasks

• Health & safety checks

• Supporting contractors on-site

• Previous premises/site maintenance experience (ideally in a school or similar environment)

• Strong DIY skills and a proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Flexibility to work shift patterns (early mornings/late finishes may apply)

• Immediate interviews and quick onboarding

• Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment consultant
