My client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager and Sales Analyst to join the team! This role is crucial for supporting the sales team and wider business with data-led insights and commercial performance tracking. The successful candidate will provide structure, visibility, and accountability across our pipeline, quoting activity, and customer engagement, helping the business make better, faster decisions.
Day-to-day of the role:-
Sales Analysis:
- Track quote volumes, values, and conversion rates across teams and service lines.
- Flag stuck or unconverted quotes to enable timely follow-up.
- Analyse reasons for lost work and identify trends by customer type, service, region, or pricing.
- Identify upsell and repeat work opportunities within the existing client base.
- Highlight cross-sell potential where customers are underutilising our services.
- Monitor lead sources and track marketing ROI.
- Provide regular reporting to the sales team, senior leadership team, and operational leads.
- Support Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with pre-meeting insight and account trends.
- Create and monitor reports on PowerBI and Pipedrive to support the wider team.

Marketing:
- Plan and manage trade shows, client charity events, offsite days, and related follow-up.
- Support with the planning and delivery of CPD workshops.
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns across the group to generate leads.
- Manage LinkedIn activity, grow followers, oversee branding projects, newsletters, signage, and corporate gifts.
- Lead internal communications, write award submissions, and deliver messaging around acquisitions.
- Lead photography and video projects, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Manage SEO, websites, Google Analytics, and monitor digital performance.
- Produce and send internal and client newsletters to improve engagement.
- Create and publish regular case studies by working with teams across the group.
- Maintain all group websites with fresh content, videos, and team updates.
- Proven experience in sales analysis and marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like PowerBI and Pipedrive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
