We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor for a company in Kent.
6-month fixed term contract possibility longer.
Must have experience in:
Great Customer Service background
Able to work alone
And in a team
Able to speak with the external team
Taking orders over the phone
Sorting deliveries with drivers and customers
Opening new accounts
This will be processing orders via customer accounts.
Accounts Management/Updating etc
The company use AXAPTA but full training on this will be given.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm
We’re on the lookout for a fantastic Customer Service & Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with people over the telephone and who will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and providing information about the company’s products, pricing and delivery information to our customer base. Self-motivated with a positive approach, they will support our external sales team as an internal point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and expectations are met. In this varied role, they will process orders and price enquiries, pro-actively follow up on open quotations, and be on hand to resolve customer concerns ensuring that all details are accurately recorded.
