The Role:

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring that quotes and orders are processed efficiently, and resolving customer queries with a solution-driven mindset.

You will work collaboratively with internal teams (Transport, Warehouse, Purchasing) and act as a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and supporting overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Processing quotes and orders in line with service level agreements
  • Following up on outstanding quotations to support conversion
  • Making outbound calls to maintain and build client relationships
  • Liaising internally to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge
About You:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Experience within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • IT proficient
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to grow within the company
