Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Care Assistant to work within our client's residential home in gravesend.
Care Assistant vacancy details:
- £12.25 per hour
- 36 hours per week available
- Nights positions available

Provide personal care and support with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility.

Assist residents at mealtimes and support with eating and drinking as needed.

Follow care plans to ensure individual needs and preferences are met.

Monitor and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing.

Support social activities to promote emotional and mental wellbeing.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
