We are working closely with a warm and welcoming Primary School in Meopham where Respect and Equality are at the heart of everything they do. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will help pupils develop a love of learning, showing Aspiration in all you do and encouraging children to aim high and achieve their best every day.

We are looking for someone with flexible availability, who can adapt quickly to different classes and situations while demonstrating Resilience, Responsibility, and Integrity in their practice. You will be part of a friendly and supportive staff team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. The Ideal Candidate Experience
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or EYFS
  • Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
  • A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
