- Processing and inspecting returned products
- Ensuring returns meet warranty and company policies
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing stock control, scrapping processes, and quarantined items
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve returns handling
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer returns, stock control, or warehouse role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and customers
- A proactive and driven approach to work
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000
