- Providing secretarial and administrative support as part of a team of legal assistants
- Drafting and typing legal documents and forms
- Managing correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, and performing a variety of office duties
- Opening new client files and managing the closure process
- Coordinating archiving procedures and liaising with third-party storage providers
- Previous exposure to at least one of the following areas: Probate, Family Law, or Commercial Law
- Proven experience as a secretary in a legal environment, preferably across one or more specialist fields
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to function efficiently both independently and within a collaborative setting
- Openness to a combination of in-office and remote working – the initial three months will be office-based before shifting to a blended model
