The Successful Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer Will Have:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
ACIBSE- Essential
MCIBS - Desirable
At least 8 years of design experience in building services
Project lead experience
Knowledge of CAD/Revit
