Invoicing Coordinator

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Invoicing Coordinator to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to complete the PPM invoicing using our internal system

In return, our client is offering a Pro Rata salary of up to £25,500, depending on experience.

This is a part time, permanent role The hours of work will be Monday - Wednesday 08:00 – 16:00, but flexibility is needed to work the last 3 days of the month.

Reporting to the Hiring Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete the PPM invoicing using our internal system
  • Support other Group invoicing activities
  • Ensure all work is complete, relevant documents in place prior to invoicing
  • Keep the system up to date with relevant information
  • Ensure invoicing is complete within client time constraints
  • Upload invoicing information onto client portals
  • Manage invoice queries
  • Feedback to the PPM Delivery Schedulers information is missing
  • Manage & monitor client portals with invoice information
  • Manage & monitor internal systems
  • Dealing with clients

The ideal candidate:

  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Ideally some invoicing experience
