Full UK driving licence (plumbing NVQ and water jetting qualifications preferred)
Duties
-
Managing and supporting a team of drainage engineers
-
Ordering materials, raising quotations, and liaising with suppliers
-
Supervising works on-site and ensuring quality standards
-
Handling client inquiries, updates, and job bookings through live systems
-
Coordinating with CCTV survey teams and managing client portals
-
Implementing processes to improve operational efficiency
-
Overseeing drainage reactive and planned works, monitoring progress, and providing technical support
-
Liaising with clients regularly and assisting with escalations, including occasional out-of-hours support
-
Conducting site visits, audits, and vehicle inspections
-
Preparing RAMS and recommendations in collaboration with estimators and buying teams
