Job Title: Production Team LeaderLocation: Northfleet, Kent
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Food Production Team Leader to work in Northfleet, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support a team of production workers on the floor

Ensure production runs smoothly and on schedule

Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.)

Train new employees and promote best practices among the team

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Report any issues or delays to management and assist in problem-solving
Qualifications:
-
2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
-
Previous leadership or team coordination experience preferred

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements

Good communication and team-building skills
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts or weekends, if needed
Salary 29k to 32k depending on shift and experience
