E-commerce Sales Executive

Discount Builders Merchant, based in Kent are looking for a results-driven sales specialist to grow our online sales through Shopify and additional web channels.

Job Description:

• Manage and optimise the Shopify store to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase web traffic
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across various online platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide top-tier support
• Analyse sales trends and market data to optimise pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive successful online campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales, with expertise in Shopify and web-based sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to leverage analytics tools for tracking and optimising sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopifyapps, integrations, and third-party sales platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing, affiliate sales, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with inventory management and fulfilment processes for online orders
