PE Teachers

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified PE Teachers to join our team on a supply basis, covering daily, short-term, and long-term positions across various schools in the Gravesend area.

Job Description:

• Delivering engaging and effective physical education lessons to students across all key stages.
• Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum and school requirements.
• Assessing and providing feedback on student progress, and setting targets for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records of student achievement and progress.
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders to provide the best possible learning experience for students.

Person Specification:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a specialism in physical education.
• Experience teaching physical education at all key stages.
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum for physical education.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Passion for physical education and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and requirements.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
