Our client is looking for candiate to join them as a Sample cutter and Design room assistant based in Gravesend.
The sucessful candidate will work in the design room for a local established fashion brand specialising in dresses, with a strong focus on designed and made in the UK.
Duties will involve but not limited to:
- Sample cutting of paper dress patterns to develop new designs
- Sample cutting of Bespoke customer orders
- Preparing samples to be sent to factory
- Keeping the design room tidy
- Administration/booking in and out company dress grades
Ideally previous industry experience and any sewing experience would be a bonus.
Ideally minimum two years industry experience.
Salary £12.50 hour.
All options available temp, temp to perm, perm to 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
